Meet the Team

**Shannon Koch**

**Founder / CEO**
Shannon had the pleasure of spending the first eight years of her career in event management working under and learning from the legendary Creigh Kelley at BKB. With an average of 40+ events each year, she has helped to coordinate over 600 events. Shannon has built Done and Done on the foundation of relationships with clients, staff, vendors, and participants. She believes that you can execute successful events while also having fun doing it.
Anyone who knows Shannon knows she loves the beach. She spends two months each year at her home away from home in Coronado, California. In what little free time she has, she loves to run, enjoy the sunshine, watch bad reality TV, and spend time with friends, family, and Chloe.

Heather Camerer

**Operations Manager**
Heather has been with Done and Done Events since its inception. She is also the owner of Sunshine Productions. She has been consulting on and producing festivals, interactive art installations, stage productions, and race/walk/runs for over 1o years and is a professional road cone wrangler, golf cart surgeon, and can parallel park any size box truck she is charged with.
Heather has to say hello to every dog she meets on the course. She can always be found in her signature straw hat.

Carol Hiller

**Permitting Queen**
This is Carol’s second year in this position, but she has many years of knowing and supporting Done and Done.
Having worked in the field of event and volunteer management for over thirty years, Carol has proven success in coordinating and managing both events and volunteer programs of all sizes. As past president of the Colorado Festivals and Events Association (the professional support organization to the festivals and events industry in the State of Colorado), she has consulted on and managed hundreds of events.
When not working, Carol spends time with her friends, children, grandchildren, and her smushy-faced French Bulldog Cornelius.

Laura Koch

**Admin Coordinator**
Laura takes care of staff payroll, financial statements, paying vendors, researcher extraordinaire, booking vendors for national events, and anything else Shannon doesn’t want to do.
Laura has been with Done and Done since the beginning.
Laura worked at the University of Colorado-Boulder for 37 years. Laura has done part-time event work since Shannon began her career with BKB in 2010.
Laura likes to take long walks, read, travel, and spend time with family and friends. She’s hoping to fully retire someday, if Shannon ever lets her. Laura recently lost her beloved Maltese pup, Lexi, of 15 years

Megan Holz

**Digital Consultant**
Megan joined Done and Done Events in December 2023 and also works with the Minnesota Solar Energy Industries Association (MnSEIA). She specializes in managing event platforms and supporting a variety of marketing needs for both organizations.
Her passion for events sparked during her internship with MnSEIA, where she first connected with Shannon and the rest, as they say, is history. Megan loves being part of such a supportive, collaborative team.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her outdoors staying active, feeding her competitive streak, or spending time with her beloved Golden Retriever, Kobe.

Chloe

**Assistant to the Admin Coordinator**
Chloe has been with Done and Done since inception.
She is very good at being cute.
Chloe loves long walks, the beach (sand in particular), sunshine, squeaky toys, playing fetch, and Hedgie. Much to Laura’s dismay, Chloe has won employee of the month every month since Done and Done began. Keep trying, Laura!

The Done and Done team is rounded out by an incredible group of people who collectively have 100+ years of experience doing events. Their wealth of knowledge and ability to successfully execute events make them the best in the business. We’re also beyond excited to announce the newest member of the team, Jordan’s baby girl Noel. She joined us in December of 2024, and Shannon hopes that she will one day take over Done and Done.
