Getting it done since 2017
I was introduced to the event world in 2010. At first, it felt like a job. Then I found myself at the start line of Jodi’s Race…
I’ll never forget the impact that had. The opportunity to be a part of something that was so much bigger than me was overwhelming. I cried behind my sunglasses and promised myself I would stand at the start line of every event I worked on.
All the non-profits that I work with have a story. They have people who have loved, lost, survived, or been touched by their cause, and these kind, caring, inspirational people are telling those stories. I feel unbelievably lucky to be written into them.
Now my job never feels like work, but an extension of who I am. I come from a line of strong women. My Grandma (a.k.a. “Granny”) graduated college in the 1940’s when very few women did. My Mom worked for 37 years at the University of Colorado. These two women taught me the value of working hard at work worth doing, amongst a million other life lessons.
I have two wonderful, four-legged children. Camden has been there for me through thick and thin. Chloe is the funniest, most energetic, and loving little fuzzball I’ve ever known.
I am one of the very fortunate few who found a job they love, but when I’m not working, you can find me spending time with family, friends, and the love of my life, running, watching terrible reality TV, laying on the beach, or playing in the ocean.
Hope to see you out there, getting it DONE!
